recommendations sought

I want to find a good eye doctor in the area. I've grown unhappy with my own (the Pearle Vision or whatever it is in Twin City Plaza) and want to start from scratch with a doctor who won't get frustrated and annoyed with me when I tell him my vision is still blurry. And who doesn't mind smart scientifically-minded people asking a lot of questions.

DON'T go to sauraus or what ever near davis. He thought I was a twit for asking about large floaters and put me through a test that didn't have the resolution to detect the problem I was asking abut and told me that the dialation stuff for the eye test would prevent me from squinting. I was too stupid to do the test without squinting.

Dr. Hauser at the Cambridge Eye near Harvard Sq. (toward Central) was my eye doctor for about 8 years. I never had any complaints about him.
