more sociability!

I spent tonight at a dessert party hosted by zogathon. Yummy! Part of the party was to wear something you don't usually get a chance to wear, so I opted for my old bronze-level ballroom dress and tested to see whether I remember how to apply makeup. (No one said anything about it, negative or positive, so maybe it was unnoticed. Which is a good goal.)

I just want to say that a wool cloak over a synthetic-material dress is a great way to generate static electricity. My god.
